One thing that you can say in the workout’s favor is that it does not pull any punches when it comes to letting you know how much effort you need to put in – every session is designed to burn off 1000 calories but has enough anaerobic exercises included to make your body continue to burn off more even after the workout is finished. There is something to be said for this level of honesty, especially since most other workouts bare-faced lie about the effort involved and try to make it sound as though anyone can lose weight without putting any energy in.

So the workout instead focuses on making the exercises as interesting as possible just like the Zumba fitness DVD so that your mind does not realize how much energy it is burning. After you have watched them a few times you begin to realize that the real pain in doing this workout is in listening to Mitch Gaylord’s lines again and again – but if you can handle this minor annoyance, it works out pretty good.I

The exercise program in the set contains a few different types of workouts that vary in the length of the session. There is a 10 minutes workout that helps to get warmed up; alternatively you can select between the core, strength or cardio targeted sessions.

Good For Your Legs

While the workout set is excellent for your core strength and legs, it doesn’t quite hit the same lofty heights when it comes to your arms. The main reason for this is not in the motions on screen, but instead after a few weeks you will have gotten used to the weight of the fitness ball that comes with the product. So just be aware that you may have to buy another fitness ball once you realize that your arms have gotten to the stage where they don’t seem to get the same level of burn as your other body parts.

The Melt It Off Workout is surprising in that it can back up its claims that a session can burn up to 1000 calories; the workouts are just the right level of intensity to make them enjoyable. While this is more a fitness course for those who have tried other courses and have been disappointed, rather than beginners to exercise, the benefit after using is for only a few weeks are immediately apparent. If you have tried other courses and are looking for something that works then give it a try – just be aware that you will have to put enough effort in to get good results.
